Biography
A Rochester, NY resident and one of the eight arrested Sept 6, 1970 for the draft-board and FBI-office raid. Convicted on all counts and sentenced to twenty to thirty months.
Friends Journal identifies Bonekemper as a Rochester draft counselor and former Monroe Community College student, whose own draft file was among the records taken in the raid. He remained silent at trial. Its February 1971 report places him in custody in West Virginia without naming the institution.
