Biography

Chris Grande was a Port Militarization Resistance activist and plaintiff in Panagacos v. Towery, the federal civil-rights suit challenging Army infiltration of the Olympia anti-war movement. Court records document that police exposed him to pepper spray or pepper balls during Port of Olympia protests on November 7, 10 and 13, 2007. Those records do not document an arrest, booking, criminal charge or jail confinement for Grande in those incidents.
