Simon Habonimana, 22, was charged in Fargo, ND with arming rioters, attempting to commit assault, rioting, and disobedience of public safety orders after he was arrested in connection with a protest related to the murder of George Floyd on May 30, 2020. Sentenced to 3.4 months in North Dakota state prison.
