Errick Steven Toa, 33, jumped on top of an occupied police car and broke its windshield during the May 30, 2020 Fargo ND BLM protest. Charged July 15, 2020. Pleaded guilty; ~10.6 months time served + 2 years supervised release + $390 restitution.
