Jonathan Montanez was charged by grand jury indictment with one count of civil disorder for knowingly committing an act to obstruct, impede, and interfere with any fireman or law enforcement officer lawfully engaged in official duties on May 30, 2020. During the May 30 riots in Fargo, ND, he jumped on a police squad car and possibly damaged it while inciting a crowd. Sentenced to 24 months federal prison.
