Biography
Robert Andersen Jr. of Gloucester was convicted in the American prosecution concerning the 1984 Valhalla arms shipment. UPI's contemporary June 30, 1987 report distinguishes his three-year arms term from a concurrent four-year drug term. These were not successive terms. His actual arrest, admission and release dates remain unverified; the seizure of the boat was not his arrest.

The district court's findings explicitly say Andersen was not arrested at the October16,1984 seizure. The authorized BOP name search returned three unbridged identities; no release date or portrait is borrowed from them.
