Biography
Ricardo Jimenez was one of 11 FALN members arrested on April 4, 1980 in Evanston, Illinois. He was convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to a long federal prison term. He served 19 years before being released by President Clintons clemency on September 10, 1999.
The historical Committee to End the Marion Lockdown directory, Can’t Jail the Spirit, individually identifies Ricardo Jimenez and gives the birth date 1956-04-03. This refines or corrects the year-only birth field. Contemporary imprisonment addresses are historical and do not establish present custody. The same individual profile prints historical federal inmate number 88967-024 at Lewisburg.
Libertad reports Ricardo Jiménez’s October 18, 1985 transfer to Lewisburg, followed by five days in segregation before movement to its orientation unit.
