Francisco Saldaña

Francisco Saldaña, known as Paco, was imprisoned at MDC Guaynabo during the Vieques campaign against U.S. Navy operations. A June 2001 digest from the Committee for the Rescue and Development of Vieques carries a message from Saldaña in federal prison and lists Saldaña among the Vieques prisoners, with inmate number 21618-069.
