Biography

Félix Colón Morera participated in the Vieques campaign against U.S. Navy operations with a father, Noel Colón Martínez, and a son. A firsthand interview with the family dates the civil-disobedience arrest to August 2, 2001. Alejandro Torres Rivera’s commemorative lecture for the Puerto Rico Bar Association describes the three generations’ imprisonment at MDC Guaynabo.
