Defenestrator individually named these SCI Camp Hill Special Management Unit prisoners in its report of January 20, 2009 abuse. The article alleged racial slurs, beatings and stun-gun use in retaliation for civil-rights litigation. Those allegations establish the report’s claimed political-retaliation basis, not independently adjudicated facts.
