Defenestrator reported the arrests of Uhuru organizers Diop Olugbala and Shabaka Mnombatha during Philadelphia City Council proceedings discussed in the April 2009 issue. It reported aggravated-assault, obstruction and resisting-arrest accusations and alleged police violence against the organizers, including a neck hold on Olugbala.
