Biography
On the night of May 28, 2020 Bailey Marie Baldus, 19, was caught on surveillance camera with co-defendants Mckenzy Ann Degidio Dunn and Samuel Elliot Frey at a St. Paul, MN health and nutrition store during the unrest after George Floyd's death. Charges against Baldus were dropped after her defense attorney argued she was in the building but did not participate.

Original June 2020 conspiracy complaint
The signed June 8, 2020 criminal complaint expressly charges Bailey Marie Baldus with conspiracy to commit arson under 18 U.S.C. § 371, concerning the May 28 fire at Great Health and Nutrition in St. Paul. The prior generic burglary/riot label is corrected to that charge. The affidavit describes Baldus arriving at a residence during a June 8 search, but does not state her arrest or physical jail admission or release. The complaint and interview dates therefore are not used as custody endpoints. The later dismissal remains preserved from other sources.
