Biography
Jessica Lynn White, 33, was arrested by federal agents on June 16, 2020 in connection with a fire set at an Enterprise Rent-A-Car building in St. Paul, MN on May 28, 2020. Surveillance video showed her standing outside while Matthew White entered the building; flames were visible behind him as he exited. Case dismissed.

The sworn June 23, 2020 affidavit, original PDF page 16 (affidavit page 15, paragraphs 27–28), explicitly states that federal agents arrested Jessica White on June 16 following a complaint for conspiracy to commit arson under 18 U.S.C. § 371. This corroborates her existing arrest date and corrects the biography’s implication that she was arrested together with Matthew. The affidavit does not give her physical jail-admission or release date, or the later dismissal date; no duration is inferred from arrest alone.
