Biography
Theresa Guisti participated in a December 28, 1981 antiwar action at the Pentagon, pouring blood on the River Entrance steps during a Feast of the Innocents witness. A January 17, 1982 contemporary newsletter reports a January 15 trial, a 90 days sentence, and actual confinement at the D.C. Detention Center.

Earlier State Department custody in 1981
Original page 3 of the September 19, 1981 newsletter names Theresa Guisti among those arrested April 16 at the State Department and sentenced to ninety days. Unlike Macy Morse and Tom Reed, she did not appeal and remained in Washington, D.C. jail when the report was written. October 9 is explicitly a due-to-be-released forecast, not confirmed actual discharge. This is separate from her later December 1981 Pentagon case. Exact admission, sentencing and actual-release dates remain unverified.

Actual release reported by October 1981
The October 30 issue explicitly says Theresa Guisti has been released after serving a ninety-day sentence for the April State Department exorcism. This supplies actual release evidence, unlike the earlier forecast. The date is recorded at YEAR precision with September 19–October 30 bounds: January 1 is a storage anchor, not a discharge day. Her later December 1981 Pentagon case is not changed. The issue supplies no exact release day or admission endpoint, and the term is not used to manufacture one.

Contemporary anti-nuclear custody report
The original update explicitly reports Theresa Guisti released from Lexington on April 13, 1982 after serving the final thirty days there following the New London proceedings. Lexington is the final institution, not her first admission. Her existing December 28, 1981 to April 13, 1982 interval and elapsed 106-day counter are preserved; the final thirty-day segment is not substituted for the whole episode.
