Biography
Steve Johnson was a constable of Treece. A contemporary Daily Worker account of February 25, 1936 names him among those arrested during repression of the Tri-State mining strike. The article describes martial-law measures and prosecutions of strikers, but does not establish his individual arrest day, charge, custodial duration or disposition.
