Ernest Honeywell was one of eleven CIO Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers charged with murder after a vigilante attack on their union hall at Galena, Kansas in 1937.

The original caption identifies Ernest E. Honeywell in the rear row and explicitly says nine of eleven union defendants are pictured. The biography’s defendant count is corrected from ten to eleven. This is not evidence of an exact custody endpoint.
