Biography

Sister Diane Therese Pinchot OSU is an Ursuline Sister of Cleveland and a participant in multiple Plowshares-style symbolic disarmament actions, including SOA Watch line-crossings at Fort Benning and protests at U.S. nuclear weapons facilities. She has served several short federal prison terms for trespass.

Sister Fran Wilhelm’s eyewitness report dates Pinchot’s SOA Watch action to November 23, 2008 and says she was released on bail later that day. Sentencing was still expected in January. This initial release preceded any later sentence-related imprisonment.
