Biography

Ramirez was arrested with Guerrero while standing on a street corner carrying leaflets for a union meeting; the report describes both as Mexican workers with little English. The April issue identifies him among eight actual Riverside arrests and reports an imposed three months term on two vagrancy counts. The article does not establish completion of the nominal term, exact admission or discharge. The surname-qualified name distinguishes this defendant from unrelated namesakes.
