Biography
The July 16 Western Worker, in a San Francisco dispatch dated July 7, identifies Odin Lee as a Chinese worker sentenced to ninety days by Judge Steiger after arrest for distributing the Communist Party manifesto. The judge retained the vagrancy finding even when Lee showed regular employment and denounced his Communist associations. The ILD was appealing. The ninety-day figure is an imposed term, not measured actual service. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/westernworker/1934/v3-n27-31-jul-1934.pdf#page=10
