Biography
Mike Roselle participated in the 1987 Mount Rushmore protest against acid rain and subsequently served time in South Dakota custody.
Initial release and later sentence custody
The February 2, 1988 Earth First! original, printed page 6, identifies Roselle and January 25 sentencing. The March 20 original, printed page 3, confirms continued custody but only forecasts June 1 release. His first-person memoir, chapter 5, supplies the separate initial same-evening bail release and describes probation refusal, but its December court timing, probation duration and April 15 discharge claim remain inconsistent with the contemporary chronology.
