The July 23 Western Worker prints the July 12 San Diego report of a letter from eight Imperial Valley chain-gang prisoners asking the ILD to redirect their prison relief and cigarettes to maritime strikers. Miguel N. Gutierrez is one of EIGHT separately printed signatures; Miguel N. Gutierrez and Mike Gutierrez Jr. are distinct lines.
