Biography
Member ("King Squirrel") of the Greensboro chapter of the Almighty Latin King & Queen Nation. Indicted December 2011 in the federal RICO prosecution of the Greensboro Latin Kings and pleaded guilty before the 2012 trial.
The May 1, 2013 Cornell opinion says Yates’s case had been severed from the October–November 2012 trial. He was not one of its three convicted defendants or four acquitted defendants.
