2010s audit verified October 12, 2026: The original Denver ABC support roster explicitly says King Dice was acquitted in United States v.Cornell but remained confined on an earlier sentence, with North Carolina number0912834. The legacy November21,2012 release equaled the federal acquittal; it and the unsupported350-day total were removed. The December6,2011 DOJ report distinguishes new arrests from detainers on existing prisoners, so no individual admission day is inferred. Current state custody and individual federal discharge remain unresolved.
