Biography

Industrial Pioneer reports High Delaney arrested in Florence, Kansas on March 5 among about twenty men. Most were released, but Tom Foley and High Delaney were taken to jail in Marion and remained there awaiting trial when the account was written. Complaints included criminal syndicalism and vagrancy; the magazine says which charge would be tried was uncertain. Exact jail admission and eventual outcome are not supplied. The printed name is retained without expanding or correcting it. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/industrial-pioneer/Industrial%20Pioneer%20(April%201921).pdf#page=55
