Biography
Herron was arrested with Ray Gogan on a vagrancy accusation after a Stockton Unemployed Council relief delegation obtained food for Mexican workers at the Salvation Army. The article does not supply a given name or Herron’s individual bail disposition, additional charge, sentence or complete custody duration. The subsequent disturbing-the-peace accusation, bail refusal and described punishment are stated specifically for Gogan and are not assigned to Herron.
