Biography

H. D. Cohn is named as a prisoner associate editor of the Wire City Weekly, produced by inmates of Fort Leavenworth during 1919. Floyd Dell's September 1919 Liberator account identifies the journal's editors and prison activities. The initials are retained without inventing given names. Editorial participation establishes this historical prison context, but the account does not supply his individual charge, original admission, physical discharge or complete time served; a collective transfer reference is not used as an exact individual transfer day.
