Biography

Feodor Semenchuk was born 1895 in Grodno Governorate, Russia (present-day Belarus). Worked as a factory worker. Immigrated to the United States in 1913.

Became secretary of Russian Branch No. 6 of the Communist Party in Argo. Arrested in Chicago in January 1920, he was deported to Russia March 18, 1921.
