Biography

The report identifies this defendant only as Feingold and uses male pronouns. A San Francisco January 25 dispatch says all remaining Blank eviction cases had been dismissed, but Feingold had already been tried and received a 100-day sentence from Judge Fritz, which the ILD was appealing. No first name, precise sentencing day, completed release or actual 100-day service is established. He is not identified with the separately indexed Miriam Feingold. Page 2.
