White anti-imperialist activist jailed for civil contempt in the early 1980s after refusing to cooperate with federal grand juries investigating the Black Liberation Army and the 1981 Brink's/Nyack case. In a reply to a March 1983 Claridad article, Oscar López Rivera wrote that Eve Rosahn had spent thirteen months in prison after refusing grand-jury questions. That retrospective duration is not reconciled here with the separately documented November 9–December 30, 1981 confinement and bail-pending-appeal interval. It may refer to later or aggregate custody; no new admission, release, or numeric duration is assigned without further documentation.
The 1981 prisoner-address roster individually lists Eve Rosahn under historical federal register 08634-054 at MCC New York, Unit 5 South. This is a historical identifier from that episode, not a present mailing address or claim of current federal custody. Existing later state identifiers and current status are not replaced.
The committee bulletin reports October 27 arrest, $250,000 Rockland County bail, a county indictment and separate federal grand-jury contempt, followed by isolation at the Metropolitan Correctional Center with only lawyers and immediate family allowed. It also identifies her among the Anti-Springbok Five arrested at Kennedy Airport September 26 and describes an actual initial release followed by new charges and raised bail. Its COINTELPRO and fabricated-charge accusations are the committee’s claims, not adopted judicial findings. The earlier protest custody, later remand and contempt are not collapsed into a continuous lifetime total.

The report does not establish final release, an imposed sentence or actual elapsed custody. Ownership and allegation are attributed to this state investigative account.
