Biography

Devinare Antwan Parker, 25, was charged in Seattle, WA with unlawful possession of a destructive device after he threw a 16-ounce can of beer through the window of a Seattle PD car, striking an officer in the face on May 31, 2020. When arrested he possessed an improvised firearm capable of firing shotgun shells. While being arrested he yelled that he had brought the firearm to kill police officers. Sentenced to 24 months federal prison.
