Wounded survivor of the Dec. 4, 1969 police raid on Fred Hampton's Chicago apartment; The Black Panther Vol. 15 no.13 (1976) reports the indictments against the raid survivors were dropped after falsified police lab evidence.
A December 19, 1969 FBI urgent teletype records Cook County Jail records officer Tom Panush reporting that Blair Anderson was released on bond that day after the December 4 raid arrests. This is a physical release date, separate from any later disposition of the charges. The 15-day elapsed interval is calculated from the previously recorded December 4 admission and this documented December 19 release; it is not a separately reported duration.

An April 21, 1970 FBI memorandum reports Anderson already in jail on April 4 following his newspaper-selling arrest. A court clerk reported his bond reduced and posted on April 9, when he was released. A May 26 memorandum records a clerk reporting that Magistrate Lawrence Genesen dismissed this separate disorderly-conduct charge on May 1. Neither memorandum supplies an independently explicit jail admission date, so no five-day duration is assigned.
