Andrew Salvarani Garcia-Smith, 32, was charged for the burning of the Market House in Fayetteville, NC on May 30, 2020. He was caught on video throwing a bottle of burning liquid into the Market House and the burning liquid spilled back onto him, setting his hair and clothes ablaze. Sentenced to 27 months federal prison.
