Biography
Albert Wong was the business manager and former managing editor of the New York China Daily News. Federal prosecutors indicted him in April 1952 under the Trading with the Enemy Act over advertisements and remittances connected to mainland China. After a seven-day bench trial, Judge Sylvester Ryan acquitted Wong on every count on June 15, 1954. No confinement was established.
