Biography
W. L. Wright’s first-person Butte letter dated June 2 describes two arrests connected with his Daily Worker distribution car and a traffic ordinance. A $25 bond is reported for the first arrest; both cases were dismissed. The issue depicts his car, not an identified portrait. Exact arrest days and custody durations are unprinted.
