Biography
Tobe Simons was an Oklahoma Working Class Union prisoner held at Leavenworth. Senate Document 159 (1922) explicitly records parole release October 19, 1921, consistent with the biographical account and not the June 1923 endpoint previously entered in the case. The report records a six-year sentence later commuted to four years. His initial admission and arrest dates still require independent verification.
1920s remaining-entry review: Senate Document 159 (1922), page 17. The report explicitly records parole release October 19, 1921, correcting the unsupported June 1923 endpoint. It dates sentencing October 8, 1917, while the inherited biography dates the start October 6; this two-day discrepancy remains open, and neither date is newly asserted as an admission date. The existing photograph is retained.
The March1922 official report lists Tobe Simons in List1 of convicted prisoners or parolees. The government entry reports Seditious conspiracy. a sentence of October 8, 1917, 6 years at Leavenworth.
