J. E. Wiggins was from Oklahoma. J. E. Wiggins was sentenced to four years in prison and served in Leavenworth Penitentiary from April 18, 1919, to May 20, 1922.
The December 1919 One Big Union Monthly identifies Wiggins as a fellow IWW prisoner held in the federal jail at Muskogee with Charles Krieger and Wenzel Francik. The passage does not give the dates of this earlier local detention.

The government entry reports Seditious conspiracy. a term expiration or parole status in the named roster. Imposed terms, projected term-expiration dates, parole eligibility and intervals on bond are different measures; none is entered as a complete actual custody total.
