Tearra NaAsia Guthrie was 23 and from Charleston when charged September 8, 2020 with civil disorder for the May 30, 2020 Charleston BLM protest. Pleaded guilty; 7 months federal prison (terrorism-enhancement-applied guideline cap of 5 years was avoided in plea). Died May 2022.
