Biography
Orlando King, 31, of North Charleston, SC was indicted on charges of violating the Anti-Riot Act on May 30, 2020 and felon in possession of a firearm (from an unrelated April 25, 2020 incident). King livestreamed the looting and destruction of a store, the College Market, on Facebook. Sentenced to 24 months federal prison plus 3 years supervised release.

Reported as 31 at his June 2, 2020 arrest in contemporaneous Live 5 News reporting. This supports birth in 1988 or 1989, not an exact birthday. The birth year is therefore recorded approximately as c. 1989.
The Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s case review, updated June 3, 2024, PDF pages 6, documents a distinct state disposition for Orlando Shalrocko King: Two counts of second-degree burglary (non-violent). Two years imposed July 12, 2022, concurrent with the federal sentence. No additional two-year custody counter; actual state admission and discharge unestablished.
