Biography
Steve Sheridan of the Davenport Catholic Worker community in Iowa was individually reported as having actually served seven days in jail after a jury convicted him for painting reminders of the nuclear holocaust on local sidewalks the previous August. This was the anti-nuclear Shadow Project protest, not an ordinary unrelated property conviction. Seven days are expressly completed actual service, not merely a sentence. The report does not give his first jail-admission or physical-release day; the August action month is not silently substituted as a jail-entry date. No unsupported expansion of Steve to Steven, vital dates or demographic attributes is supplied.
