Biography
Darla Bradley was 22 and a member of the Davenport Catholic Worker in Iowa at the time of Silo Plowshares. She has said in retrospect that she would not repeat the action.
Contemporary 1986 custody evidence
The Silo Plowshares report expressly says all five defendants were free until September 15, 1986, when they turned themselves in at three federal prisons. It dates sentencing August 22 and the underlying disarmament action March 28, 1986. For Darla Bradley this corrects the old March 27 arrest/admission conflation: the March action is not continuous imprisonment through the later sentence. The existing June 14, 1987 endpoint is preserved, not independently reverified by this September source. Earlier brief detention or contempt custody, if documented separately, must not be erased or silently included in the sentence interval.
