Official custody review October 13, 2026: DOJ identifies Sergey Yefimovich Turzhanskiy, age 26 in 2014, and the actual March 31 sentence. BOP's official locator returns one result, Sergey Yefimovi Turzhanskiy, register 74816-065, age 38, noncustody as of June 6, 2016. Distinctive surname, middle-name stem and age bridge the identity. The missing federal endpoint is added, but arrest is not substituted for continuous admission. The unsupported 911 exact days derived from a thirty-month sentence are cleared.
