Biography
Ronald Glick was arrested in Washington in February 2004 and returned to Montana to face felony sexual assault charges linked to allegations involving a 13-year-old. He was held pretrial at the Flathead County Detention Center. A jury convicted him on July 13, 2005, and on December 1, 2005 he was sentenced to 20 years with 15 years suspended — about five years to serve, with credit for the time already spent in jail — in a case tied to his former business in Kalispell and prosecuted in Flathead County. He was released to probation on or about February 18, 2009.
He was taken back into custody on April 23, 2009 during probation-revocation proceedings and held roughly six weeks, after which the alleged violations and the revocation proceedings were dismissed.
He has consistently maintained his innocence and has continued to litigate issues connected to his conviction through post-conviction filings and appeals.
