Biography
Roman Pisito was a Spokane member of ILWU Local 37 whom federal authorities targeted for revocation of citizenship during the McCarthy-era campaign against Filipino cannery workers. A contemporaneous account reported the denaturalization proceeding in December 1952. The reviewed record does not establish that Pisito was arrested or confined.
