Richard Joseph Klimek

Richard Joseph Klimek was one of five men indicted by a Multnomah County grand jury on August 30, 2019, following the August 17 demonstrations and counterdemonstrations in Portland. He was charged with felony riot, attempted third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. The announcement documents an indictment but does not say that Klimek was arrested, booked or confined, and no custodial disposition has been established.
