Biography

Rayquan Borum was held in Mecklenburg County Jail in the Charlotte Black Lives Matter prosecution, as documented in a July–August 2018 National Jericho newsletter reproducing NYC Anarchist Black Cross support material. The notice says he was arrested during the uprising and accused of murdering a young man; supporters alleged a frame-up and classified him as a political prisoner. These are attributed support claims, not a judicial finding of innocence. The source establishes actual jail custody in 2018 but no exact arrest, release or eventual outcome.
