Biography
A thirty-year-old PIP member from Aguas Buenas was arrested while doing carpentry at home and taken to police headquarters in San Juan. In the report cited by Dávila Marichal he described mistreatment and saw the elderly Pedro Pérez Pagán seriously ill in custody without medical attention. His release is recorded, but no exact gate dates or sentence.
