Biography
The PIP representative on Fajardo’s local election board testified in 1958 about his arrest during the 1950 repression and several days confined in San Juan. He alleged denial of food until the next day, interrogation by Alma Delgado and renewed confinement after calling Albizu Campos a martyr. No exact gate dates are supplied.
