Biography
Oscar Miller was identified as a San Diego Black Panther arrested while walking down the street with a sawed-off shotgun on July 12, 1969. The newspaper places the arrest within harassment of the local party and reports that he was released the same night for lack of evidence. No conviction or sentence is reported, and the brief same-night detention is not described as an overnight prison term. The exact clock time of release is unknown.
