Sentencing and federal endpoint review October 13, 2026: The January 12, 2017 AP court report carried by NBC Washington says Noah McHugh, 26, was sentenced the preceding Monday, January 9, not Sunday January 8. The official BOP locator returns Noah McHugh, age 36, for register 21049-032, noncustody as of November 7, 2017. The uncommon full name, register already associated with this profile, consistent age and 2017 episode support identity. Admission is not inferred from sentencing; the unsupported January 8 admission and resulting exact total have been cleared. DOJ's March 8 report confirms his earlier eight-month sentence; its March 8 sentencing event belongs to Lostutter, not McHugh. Initial arrest and admission dates remain unresolved.
