Biography
The March 4, 1933 report says the Foltis-Fischer cafeteria picket at the Courtlandt Street store was arrested the preceding day and held in the Tombs on $500 bail. The $500 is bond, not a fine, and no exact physical discharge or completed duration is established. Daily Worker, March 4, 1933, original PDF page 2.
